What was the highlight of Hotel Cavallino Bianco - Weisses Roessl

What I really like about this hotel was the location. It's totally central and everything is so close. I also liked the rooftop spa, which was a nice surprise. I liked the stuff at the breakfast, very friendly and attentive. Also Francesco at the reception was very friendly.
However, when we got the room, Ive noticed that exactly that room was selling under single room (and we booked double). I wouldn't really mind a bit smaller room, which was for sure, but I went back to the reception to ask if this is what I've booked. Especially the bathroom was much smaller and older as in the picture. I found another receptionist (mrs. Barbara) who started to yell at me and said what do I want. I told her I just want to have a room that I've booked. I would never booked a room after seeing this bathroom. I told her to calm down and stop shouting at me, as I was very calm and polite. She told me:"What do you want, you've booked room today and that's all we have". Then Francesco came and he said we could get the bigger room for today but would need to change it on the next day. I said we don't want to move and that we will stay in this room. I was totally surprised how unprofessional mrs. Barbara was. And I have to admit we didn't feel welcomed, especially when the women part was behind the reception. The owner is friendly, also waiter Dino and receptionist Francesco. You could see right away that is family run hotel and they need to do a lot to be a good hotel...and they shouldn't employ family if they're not able to be friendly at least. And just for information, the room was 260 euros per day. I would expect more for this money.
